Almost as bad a Citibank. Long Lines and Bankers that don't know what they are doing.
I've been calling for an hour and no one answer
Went to this branch to deposit some money ( 8/28 around 2 pm) . The teller was not friendly at all. She didn't even talk nicely or look at me. Never had bad experience like this.. very disappointed
They dont have enough tellers and lines are long.
Don't ever think to call this branch
You can always look forward to a nice long line in this bank also the employees are extremely slow and some look like they are just walking around doing absolutely nothing with no concern the line is about to be out the door. Also there is no drive up teller at this branch and they close too early I always have to rush to make it and sometimes do not.i get so mad sometimes I just want to take my business to other banks like td bank that respect their customers and accommodate the working persons lifestyles.
