To say poor service would be putting it nicely. the employees in charge of drying my car and cleaning my inside windows which i paid an additional fee to have done did not even touch the inside of my car. the five employees then went and sat against the wall with their backs turned to me ignoring me as i dried off my own car. i then asked to speak to the manager, Vincent, which was of absolutely no help whatsoever either. his ONLY response to me was that 'they worked all day' and then proceeded to walk away. it was definitely not worth the money paid and i wasn't even given so much as an apology.
All was going very well until I got to the register and my total was $10 more than was posted. I found out they charged me $5 for an extra bottle of oil. I was told my size truck requires additional oil. When I advised the clerk that I wasn't made aware, she pretty much gave me a Kanye shrug. Im sure i wasn't the first person with my size truck...a Fordd Explorer.
ZERO STARS. Absolutely the worst place to get an oil change. When the so called “mechanics” can’t even do a proper oil change that’s a big issue. Nothing like getting into a screaming match with an employee in front of customers when I caught something he screwed up and completely tried to hide it as if I wasn’t standing right there. If you do however go here make sure you WATCH THEM.

The service and is good and the wait area is nice But the Price is too much. I can get full service and wash of rubber mats for around $6-8 less anywhere else. Too much compared to others.
They were up front with me with all of the additional work I needed but couldn't advise me that I would be charged an extra $5 for oil? Seems shady and I'm not very fond of thise type of situations. My car wasnt fully dry after the "free" wash. Won't ever go back.
Although the people are nice, it's ran like a car dealership, packages are purposely vague. You think you're paying for one thing (and technically you are) but they explained it wasn't what you bought and excuse themselves for doing a poor job. Will not go here again.
