Dr S is not to friendly but does his job quite well. Some staff are nice some are very rude theirs no in between. I was yesterday at the office I have a bad ear infection and my left side is swollen. However I thought that I would be ok to work the next day. So I just ask for a note to excuse me for one day. The pain increase and I was unable to work today. I called the office to get another note. And they said the doctor isn't in so they can't issue me a note. And they told me to go to my primary doctor.... " I was like "You want me to go to my doctor act like I don't know what I have just to get a note to excuse me. Seriously when I was seen by the doctor yesterday and he knows my condition. If I couldn't go to work does it look like I wanna spend the money and the time to just get an excuse note to provide me job. I think that is horrible.
If you are new or haven't been in a few years. Beware. They will hand you a tablet and you have to go through his horrible long process to fill out info they don't want to enter in the computers. Guess they think it was better than pen and ink for patients but it's not and they are the only one's benefiting from it. I thought it would never end. The reception staff is mostly rude and abrupt. Upon checkout, girl was really nasty. Kept telling me to take a seat. Don't tell me to sit down. I'll sit down if I want to.
Nice location and staff is friendly. Dr Ceicko is wonderful - he takes care of my kids and really takes his time and shows he cares. Highly recommend him!
Waited close to a month. Rescheduled me to wait another 3 weeks.
ITs the people in the front that gives this place a bad name there's one receptionist that's really nasty and ghetto ugly as girl too
It is all about the co-payment with this facility. If you have a high co-payment, forget it stay away. They will not work for you and have no heart. How are you doing to afford shots if you have a $25.00 plus co-payment per visit? They won't work with you in any way either. They will tell you it's illegal and it's not.
