When are corporations going to realize if your not going treat your customers right from step 1 through 10 just shutter your doors.
If I wasn't disabled I would have done the install myself than deal with store.

I have a cc with you guys for 15yrs, there was NO INTEGRITY when I called in about now Black Friday Deal New Mini Ipad 4 =274.99,they got me into the store.. you're a BUNCH OF LIARS SCHOOLED to handle deceptive advertising , in store you tell me I was speaking to cust srvc in ANOTHER ANOTHER COUNTRY even with the 718 SI STORE listed# I dialed and of course true to deceptive advertising you wanted 500 for something similiar, very disappointed..YOU GET 1 STAR FOR HAVING THE HEAT ON
Everything else about this best buy is horrible the phones don't work, the wifi doesn't work, the employees lie to your face, managers don't call you back if your having a problem with something they should have taken care of.
best customer service. The girls are hot. used to be a great place to get music but they downsized the music section so much. Other than that its a good place for when they have sales on certain products like usb keys etc.
Staff is more concerned with talking to each other than helping you. They claim to match other oroces, good luck getting help. Think of order online and pickup in store, nope they mess that up to. They will send email that it is ready and not find your order or ask you to go to aisle and pick one out....? Save time and money go to Amazon
