Had a Big Party over the weekend celebrating the Many new additions to our 3 Floor Spa Filled with Celebrity clientele & Master stylists with our entire beauty glam team. It was my first time passing by this place & it was one of the best decisions i made stopping in . Staff was Very nice, helped me pick out the best wines for my guests ( They all raved about the wine selection they helped me choose ) . As any party we always have a budget & I was very surprised that my bill was Way lower then expected.. Thank you soo much Staten Island definitely needed a place like this. Highly recommend !
Wow! I've never experienced such terrible customer service in an establishment. I went all the way over there to bring a bottle of wine back because the cork was stuck & the bottle was cracking. The guy Spencer refused to give us another bottle but instead tried to open the bottle and he took a really long time. After that we were asking if they could put the cork back in so that we wouldn't get pulled over with an open bottle. Spencer was so rude and said "well if you would have used this bottle opener you wouldn't have had that problem.
What an amazing experience I had this week with customer service , huge selection of alcohol & spirits , friendly very helpful staff and prices were much cheaper then anywhere else. I own an event planning company E2e Events LLC and just hosted a Sold out Sip & Paint, everything the staff recommended was a huge hit . Thank you again I'll be back next event or holidays which ever comes first . Thank you again for all your help
He made rude comments and we bought even more liquor. But then my sister said "why such attitude? If anything you should be more accommodating " & he said " yeah I am I opened the bottle for you, that's the accommodation " then we asked the girl who the manager was and she said he was the manager. Upon leaving the store the cashier said "good luck finding another liquor store"
Amazing customer service. The employees are all knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Prices also beat all others on the island!
Prices are decent compared to other liquor store I visited in New York. They always have what I want, and the area this liquor is located is in a convenient area where i can buy multiple daily items I need, including my favorite whiskey. I recommend you visit this store and ask for your favorite drink.

Experience was great, I recently moved to the area, Forest Ave, and went to this place first. I love the people that work there. Great customer service and they always wonder how your day/night is going. Since the day I walked in I always have a convo with whoever is working. They're just great people.
