This courthouse is very well designed and built. It is much more convenient to be able to take care of all legal matters in one place rather than have to travel all over the island to different locations. It is clean, quiet, and well guarded. Definitely an improvement.

A very well maintained garage where you can park and avail the ferry to go Downtown Manhattan. For only $8 a day this is the best parking spot, and your car will be safe also. The ferry is in walking distance but may be little tough for Wheelchairs or person with walking problems.
Had the most unpleasant experience in this garage. I wanted to park my car there because I had an issue with a break in recently but I would rather park my car on the street than ever park here again. The attendant was one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered and judging by the other comments on here, people have had similar experiences. I parked at 545PM on a Sunday evening (more than 2 hours until closing), the attendant came up to me and asked what time I will be leaving, and I asked why since they did not have to move my car, he then said "I am asking the questions here, NOT YOU SO NOW YOURE GOING TO ANSWER MY QUESTION", I told him about two hours (still before their 8PM closing and he proceeded to tell me "we close at 8, next time you should learn how to read the signs". Now this set me off and I asked him his name and he refused to give it to me, ignoring me the whole time. Thankfully there was another gentleman there who helped me get his name. I will definitely be filing a complaint because this person should NOT be working in customer service.
