When all is said and done - there is no reason I should have bathroom that is less then 2 years old - that has to be re-tiled.
We used Joseph Galante to install and redo our bathroom. This was approximately 1.5 years ago. We started having issues with the bathroom about 3-4 months after it was complete. Our tile by the bathroom door started to loosen up and grout started to come undone. I contacted Joe and he explained that he was sick and just go and get grout - this would solve the issue. We did this three times. After the third time - I started calling him to come access the situation. He said he was going to come and review it. Fast forward to three weeks later- no visit and a nasty string of messages on his end to me. According to him, this is because "we are large people" and " we are just looking for a free job". I can not express how disappointed I am with his business practices and manners. I would never recommend anyone to use him. We did not haggle with him at all and paid him in full for bathroom that have should have at least lasted a decade. He never came to look at the bathroom! Shame on him!
