Horrible!!! Called about a month ago to make appt for grooming, gave them vets name for copy of vaccinations, said they would call me back did not call vet or call me back. Called again 12/1 explained what happened last time was assured they were calling my vet as soon as they hung up with me. So they made my appointment for 12 noon on 12/3. When I arrived 3 women were there they said oh we never called the vet, then they said we'll call now it's Sunday nobody is there. They were the 3 most incompetent people I ever met, one said "everyone is lazy here". I will never go back there and I will tell everyone about the experience. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
Waited 15 min for someone to get fish for me. This after I first asked cashier to send an associate.
The people are nice. A bit pricey.

When i went to cashier to pay, .... it was discovered the associate never gave me a skew slip.
Total time wasted for a fish purchase was 30 minutes.
I then had to wait for the cashier to run to the fish tanks to create a skew slip and then process the purchase.
