Highly recommend this location. For some reason the prices at this location is a little more than others but well worth it if you're the type that values great service and accommodation.
The best Enterprise location hands down is the Bay Street office when renting in Staten Island. For me this one is conveniently located to my place so anytime I need them I can literally walk there. And the staff ARE ROCKSTARS! THEY MAKE IT HAPPEN !!
I have to say the customer service here is amazing, friendly, and overall there aim is to see their customers satisfied and happy. If i need to rent a car again, hands down I will go to this location. Thanks guys!!!

Enterprise was fantastic! I needed to have my car repaired at A & B (also fantastic) and the guys from Enterprise had a rental waiting for me. They were fast and easy!! I was on my way in no time. Car was lovely (although it smelled of cigarettes - not their fault) and the return process was equally as painless. Love them and would definitely rent from them again.
Had always good experience with them. The staff is very friendly. I ordered a compact car. I went there and they didn't have any so offered my Grand Caravan or Ford Expedition for the same rate.
My favorite hands down is Fatima and I'm sure if you visit this location and meet her you'd agree. This little lady handles her business and handles it well. Whether it's an office full or just a couple people in here she always provides excellent customer service whether and I love it.
