Quick update- now a month later they charged our debit card $4300, leaving the account overdrawn by -$3500 for an unknown reason (i.e. fraud) and now we have zero money for Christmas. I have 5 kids BTW. THABK YOU TO HERTZ AND STATEFARM FOR MAKING IT SO VERY MERRY!!!!!!!!! Feel free to come and chat with me in person. Let's see how you treat me in the flesh! PLEASE POST THIS EVERYWHERE. ANYONE NEEDS PROOF I HAVE IT ALL. CHEERS TO MY 2 FAVORITE COMPANIES.

Service is always courteous and they always have nice, clean cars. Sounds simple enough, but you'd be surprised at how many car rental places can't seem to get the basics right!
I had a rental paid for by insurance. I was promised a car similar to my own. After waiting there for 2 hours they put me in a compact car. Very dissatisfied.
These people are heartless idiots and have no clue how to perform their own job, no less how to treat a customer and how to act in front of them. I reallllyyy hope corporate reads this so someone maybe will notice. But please, whatever you do. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
Was given the wrong drop off time for the closest location and was charged another day for the employee's mistake where I first picked up the rental. Also the vehicle did not have any maintenance done before it was rented to me. Gave for a terrible 10 hr trip with my disability. I hope that they will adjust there customer service reps and that no one else has this experience
Lonnnnnnnngggg story short. Rental was due to my wife being hit from behind. Statefarm was supposed to cover all of it, but somehow we got stuck with 20%. To make matters horrid, we would get calls every day from them asking about billing stuff related to the rental!!! We didn't make the reservation or the bill or anything!!!!!!! Nasty nasty people in the phone. To end it all........I get this VM " Hi this is -------- with Herz, we got the second direct billing info from Statefarm but you have to come into a herz location TODAY or we will have to report the car stolen. So you must come in just to renew the rental." So this is at 4pm. I got home 5ish. Me and my 8 yr old son take the ride over. It's now after 6. So how does the story end? They took the van back, because the person who had called me "wasn't avalible". When I asked how am I getting home now. They replied "well we are closing up so I can give you a number for car service." So the 2 stupid employees continued laughing and playing and proceeded to kick me and my 8yr old out into the cold , dark , night. In the not of best areas. He was crying.
This place is an absolute joke, I was promised 2 different cars for week and half, the day of pickup NEITHER ONE WAS AVAILABLE. They lied said lost keys, next guy said there is no car here. They give off attitude, the rep josh is a joke he sits there with the most smug look on his face every time. Like dude if you don’t like what you do, go find another job. The manager Val, I dint know how this place runs, every time I call they lie and say she’s in a meeting.... it’s a rental car place not Wall Street can’t be in meetings all week long. No returned called at all. No respect.... I haven’t had a car for a week and a half now because of their shady practices of business ethics. I only go to this place because it’s local to my shop never again. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and if no action taken with BBB among spreading this everywhere. This place is a joke go elsewhere they will play with you unless you take the most trash car they offer. God forbid they actually get you what you agreed to.
