No complaints at all, GREAT SERVICE ALL THE TIME

Place is employed by incompetent, immature, unprofessional and unreliable staff. My watch that was purchased as a Christmas gift in 2015 has been in service for almost a year. (Not to mention that I wore this watch four times and the entire bezel fell off with no trauma to the watch AT ALL). Not the staff's fault obviously, but they put it under a different name, they couldn't locate it, they never called me back, they never communicate with each other, and then told me the bill was on me. This has been such an unpleasant experience and I'm still waiting for my watch to be repaired. The only time I will walk back in to this store will be to pick up my watch. I'm nervous to see what the repair looks like.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU WILL GET A BROKEN WATCH AND WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT PLEASING THEM IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM!

I brought the watch home and noticed over the course of the next two days that the watch kept stopping. At this point I was frustrated already. I brought the watch back and they said it was the battery again that was dead......BUT, the repair man was on site and he took the watch and put in a brand new battery and made sure the seal was good to go! I was told the watch wouldn't give me any issues.

All they want to do is sell, sell, sell and when it comes time to help the paying customer out, they won't help you with any issues. I've purchased over 20 invictas, luckily from Evine for a fraction of the prices they are in this store, I was foolish enough to purchase two watches here which needed to be sized. I had taken the two purchased in store and another I received as a gift. They wouldn't size any other than the two because they don't know if they were purchased in their own store. Weather this is an Invicta policy or a LAZY managed store it shouldn't matter where you purchase the watch. If it is indeed an Invicta you should be able to go to the store which is Invicta and stuff it sized or looked at. Will not buy from their store again. Undertrained on products as well. I knew more about the new models than they did.

I purchased a $175.00 watch in beginning of April 2017. I walked out of store and noticed an hour later that the watch was not ticking away. I went back to the store immediately and was told the battery was probably dead. They said to pick a different watch. I ended up picking out another watch which cost me an additional $25.00 for a total of $200.00.

BUYER BEWARE!

please DO NOT ever buy an Invicta watch. I unfortunately purchased two "venom" SWISS Diving (not) watches at the same time(one for me and one for my son), and 13 months later both stopped working. my son's was hardly worn and the minutes hand fell off and jammed the hours hand, and my "Diver's" watch one of the screws kept unwinding for no reason, literally every time I would remember to check it it would be loose, and so after showering with it on, it stopped working. I was told water corroded mechanism. That's a throw away. My sons I was told would cost me 60 dollars to fix, which I paid, and haven't seen the watch in 4 months and have left at least a dozen messages with invicta to call me back, and no one ever does, NEVER once have they called me back. it's an 800 dollar mistake on my part. Please don't waste your money. The fact that they push these watches as SWISS would be laughable had it not cost me 400 for each watch. Shame on Invicta. #NEVERAGAININVICTA

I left and over the course of the next two days noticed that the watch was still not working! Only sporadically ticking. I went back to the store and told them I want my money back. I did not want a watch from a store that sold me TWO NON FUNCTIONING watches. They told me they only give store credits and exchanges. I was told that the general manager would not allow a cash refund. I pleaded with the store and GM, but did not help. I called the Invicta headquarters, but they couldn't help because each store is independently run. I called mall management to see if they would get involved and they said they could not.
