Just tried this laundry service a few days ago and am pleasantly surprised. These guys are friendly, professional, and timely. Their prices are good too! I spoke with someone on the phone, she gave me the breakdown and my laundry was picked up the very next day. I have no complaints. Working full-time and going to grad school leaves me no time to do laundry. This makes life so much easier! I will DEFINITELY be using the pick up service from now on.
This was my go to place, clothes were always great and folded clean and smelling great, usually same young man picking up and dropping off clothes, he was a nice Kid. Then I did my laundry pick up on Saturday, omg
A minus 1 star if possible.....The worst they will burn and shrink your clothes and take what they want, they were good, NO Longer!!!! Impossible to reach on phone or email response..... BEWARE
I have since found a really awesome place called the Laundry room on the island, truly a blessing and the go to place for anyone who's looking for a no drama, excellent service provider.
This place is fantastic. I use their delivery service because I hate the washer and dryer in my building. I treat myself once a month when my schedule is craziest. It is worth every penny. They do a fantastic job on the laundry (For example, dryedI am VERY particular about some things and prefer that some things air dried, and they always do it. Those items come back on hangers and I'm thrilled they don't put them in the dryer!) Everything is folded and sorted so neatly. Delivery is convenient cause they leave it at my door if I'm not home. It's a $25 minimum for them to pick up from you but I usually do a week's worth of clothes, towels, set of sheets, and a few pet items, and it averages about $30. I figure that much laundry at home would cost about $12 in quarters, a few bucks in detergent and dryer sheets, and take over an hour. I think it's well worth it!) It's a life saver!!

Terrible.... 1 star is too many. Burned shrunken clothes, Idk what happened to this place, but definitely go elsewhere!!
A week later I decided to schedule laundry pick up just some towels and sheets. My usual laundry pick up young man comes and I explain to him what happened and omg I will never call on weekends again! He offered to look around for me he remembered the hoodie zip ups because they used to come hung on hangers.... I tell him thank you and see you later, an hour later I go to leave my home and I see my orange laundry bag thrown down my steps, not cleaned, not anything, I try to call again and of course just voicemail..... Now what is that? Not wanting my business anymore? Hilarious
