Their manual system means that if you lose your ticket, you may never get your item back. Blind people can iron better. I go only because it's the only dry cleaners in walking distance. The people there are nice but I may start driving to another dry cleaner.
DO NOT DO BUSNIESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CLOTHES. After having my coat lightly cleaned it was returned with a new giant pen stain and three weeks of getting the run around later, my coat was returned with a hole where the pen mark STILL IS. The owner does not take ownership for their mistakes and additionally tries to blame his patrons, all coupled with his yelling, and temper tantrum ways. Wildly unprofessional, irresponsible, and all around awful. The young ladies that work there are kind and hold him accountable when they can for his mistreatment of customers but if 15 year old girls have to tell you you're acting like a child, how can you trust this "man" with your business. I've been yelled at, spoken down to, and blamed for a pen mark that occurred whist in his possession. If you at all value your belongings, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! UPDATE!!!!!!!!! Now when calling to receive the number to the outsourced company the owner hung up the phone on me and refuses to give me the information to HIS outsources company that ruined my coat
Absolute trash and the owner does not know how to treat people
My wife and I have been going here for years. At least a decade now. Friendly staff, good prices, the seamstress is excellent, and our clothes always come out nice. I haven't had a problem yet.
