Really nice customer service, took time to explain everything including packages for tolls, over all amazing experience.
Went there yesterday to pick up new HOV tag. It was late in the afternoon and I expected a long wait but there were only a few people on line and every counter had a working person to help. The woman who helped me, Jennifer, was very nice, patient, answered my questions with no resistance or attitude and was very helpful. So overall good experience. They have their own parking. But if you want to be right in front of the place then obviously those spots are always taken. The only negative is that they should have a more visible sign when you drive into the building offices entrance that says EZ Pass and direct you to the back of the parking. I had to get out and ask someone inside a big office building that directed me to go outside and around the back where the EZ Pass office is.
Horrible customer care. Not only did I spend two hours on line. They had half of the room posted with new people "in training" and had them only focusing on payments. How will they learn to service the people if they do not deal with ALL customers. I am disgusted with this facility and the way they handle customers.
