Great experiences come in all shapes and sizes. Instead of ripping me off or rushing me off the phone, the gentlman who picked up referred me to another locksmith because my problem was something that would require him to visit me on site and advised me that there'd be no reason to waste my money on that. I dropped an envelope between the panels of my screen door and I called A&S because I have used them before to install locks in my house. The owner, Phil, came to try and help me even though it was really out of his realm of work and he really wasnt sure if he would be able to do anything.
