These guys are great. My car was done quickly and the job was done right. They used a genuine Ford blank and programmed it to the car. Beware of non oe blanks and people who want to clone the key. It's not the right way to do the job and can lead to problems later on.

I had to replace a lock and needed a specific one. I had went to another locksmith and they weren't open(I was there at 9:05am and they were supposed to be open at 9am). I left that place and went to Bob's. That was the best thing I did. Spoke with Mike prior to coming in but when I actually met him, it was like meeting an old friend. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the showroom. He explained the mechanics and how they function. The main thing that stuck with me was that he wasn't trying to push product on me that I wasn't looking to buy. Mike stuck with the issue at hand and explained to me how to install the new lock. I will definitely be back in the future if I require any new locks. Thank you Mike for all of your help.
