I did my daughters birthday there last weekend. The kids like it and that is very important for me as a mom. Couple of things we can point out it that
Great place for a family and amazing staff. We had such a great time and good customer service.
staff was good, we had two girls from the staff with us, one was stressful, the other one was much better and she apologized because of the time frame. When I separate the date I ask if I can do pinata and a game and specifically ask if there was time enough to do everything, they promised me yes, that they will be in charge and organized. I do not think it was that organized and we had to be in the room longer, they took time to cut the cake, they told me it was too many people, of course, we paid for a package that include 20 kids, every kid will have at least on parent. We order a big catering and the food was not too tasty. That is why I gave them 3 starts, but the place is clean, the party room is nice, the staff nice, the machines and games very good. I recommended probably for smaller group with 10 children. Also I recommended to include in birthday packages more tokens and silver tokens for machines at least a few because just 10 regular tokens is too little when one machine can be 4 tokens. I hope you can take this review into consideration to make important changes that is just going to benefit the business and also the kids and parents because the place has a lot of potential and is so cool for kids.
