Gotta be honest, In all these years I've never had problem with village. The dispatcher is always friendly and accommodating.
My wait ranges from 5 to 15 minutes, usually 5. Drivers aren't rude or careless, If you talk, they talk they don't force conversation, they don't put you in danger. Not sure what's up with these negative reviews. When forming an opinion, you shouldn't only focus on bad experiences.
We used this car service to and from the airport. We were told to supply a baby car seat for the drop off at the airport and that the driver will bring the baby car seat to the airport on the return pickup. When we were picked up at the airport the driver did not have the baby car seat. He told us that he would return it later that day. At the end of that day nothing - no return of the baby car seat. The following day my son had to go to Village car service to retrieve the baby's car seat. What lousy service. We will use another car service in the future.
I have taken this car service for the last 16 yrs. excellent and very respectful always on time. The best on the island
