They're always nice and friendly when I take my yorkie/Pekingnese MoneyPenny. Shes very afraid but they allow me to hold her whenever shes examined. Accommodating at both locations, they send helpful reminders when she's due for her visit and offer great recommendations for any and all questions I have.
My pit bull pistol has been going there for a long time and they are great there they always answering my questions and return my calls. Always asking how pistol is doing being he is an 11 year old pit bull. The claim forms for ASPCA they always faxed to them in a timely manner so I can benefit thr funds in return especially big dog bills are expensive who have medical issues like pistol does he is my friend and my family I have had him since he was 2 months. The staff they are great professionals and they all care about your animal. Pistol loves them they take of all his needs. They take his picture he loves that. I just wish it wasn't so costly for an owner like myself it accumulates a lot of stress when you get a large bill. Recommendation need a pet grooming facility Hyland is too far I have no transportation since I am I'll myself to bathe him. It would be nice if at holidays and your pets birthday give them some care package for being a long term customer
They were amazing. I walked in, gave my information and 15 minutes later my cat was seen by the Vet tech and by the doctor. It was super quick appointment since my baby girl is diabetic and they were very helpful and friendly. Also the prices were considerably cheaper than all the past vets I have been to. Definitely the place to take your furry (or not so furry) companion!
