"It feels warm"
Tried to exchange a curling iron that was purchased 10 days ago and was told the following by Rebecca (sales clerk) and Chris (manager):
They have a great assortment, but what is really great are the coupons! Honestly, I try to shop when I have them. The prices are already slightly discounted, but the coupons are really helpful. I also find that whenever I have questions, the employees I have encountered are able to answer my questions- no matter how many I have. Hoping they will carry Bumble and Bumble soon.
"I see prints"
The store is okay but the customer service is horrible. They follow you around like a hawk as if you're going to rob the entire store and have signs everywhere that say something along the lines of "people who steal get a free ride in a police car"
My hair would a disaster if it wasnt for Beauty Plus.
"It looks bent"
I also appreciate the threading stations at the back of the store. Who wants all the mall goers watching ypu get threaded, no thanks. This is more private setting.
I found this to be hilarious since the iron was never even used!!
There are hait accessories galore and any wand or straightener you could possibly need.
Make-up junkies must check out the awesome lash options andall the other makr up goodies. Same gies for OPI & Essie fans..... So many colors!
Great shop for your 'better than the drug store' beauty products. Especially for colored hair, the ladies know what is best for the type of hair you have. They have many hair dyes available too. Tou can cover greys to bright neon colors or pastels.
Jokes on me I guess, I'm the one whose out $30.00.
