I had an amazing experience! I don't let anyone touch my hair like that, but i let the owner do my hair. She did a great job. My hair is natural and she managed to leave it shiny and bouncy, just like i like my hair to be... Reasonable prices and very nice staff.. Loved it!!
This place was recommended to me through my mom's friend. And I've been there a couple of times and the visits were not at all that great. First off the women were not all that nice. Second, the first time I got my hair blown out there, my hair was tangled I had to comb it out myself and after that, they just didn't seem to care whether or not my scalp was in pain from all the combing and when it was blown out. Probably not gonna be back there unless I have no other choice. Or if I don't get my own personal hair stylist my parents can hire.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. When the woman went to wash my hair and she realized it was tangled she gave me a comb to comb it out myself, dry. Then the other woman came and helped me comb it. She was dry combing it from root to tip, which is completely incorrect. She was ripping the hair out of my head and it hurt and I told her that. I asked for a deep conditioner and she washed it out with hot water, which is incorrect. And she used shampoo to wash it out. She put my hair in rollers, which is not what I asked for, without even towel drying it so my hair was soaking wet. Never again
