Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. It was perfect for our need to just have a good clean place to sleep. The rooms are very small and it was a bit hard with my small kids to keep them occupied, but we we're out most of the time. The beds we're very comfortable and the bathroom was big and functional.

Horrible customer service!!! I had trouble canceling my reservation. I spent over 2 1/2 hours dealing the main hotel and their scheduling company. The employee (told his name was "FELIX") was extremely rude and unprofessional. The hotels customer service rep was even hung up on by this employee. Long story short, "felix" refused to cancel my reservation without a penalty. Since I was going to be charge a "fee" I decide to stay at the hotel and change my plans. When I got to the hotel I found out my reservation was canceled. The lady at the front desk apologized for this matter. (she was very pleasant) During my check in, I was explaining what had happened the day prior and some random guest had spoken up and said she too had negative experience from this employee. I wrote to the hotels corporate office and still never heard back!

Notes - Get rid of the new breakfast coupons. It is a little degrading to be asked for what is essentially identification while I'm getting my free breakfast. This is clearly a poor attempt to cut down on people taking more than one meal.

staff was fine, I found the room very small, not cleaned properly, found hair in bathroom, sheets and pillow cases were NOT fresh. I found some type of bug bites on my back and stomach that resemble bed bugs, but they did not itch very much, so not sure if it is beg bug bites or not, but there you are. just being honest. The coupons for the "free" breakfast were rather annoying to deal with. If I'm a guest, I should only have to show my room key card. Cheap hotels attack cheap guests. Most guests were fine, but there's always those who have no manners or common sense.

Over all hotel room was small and very expensive. I would not stay there again.

Pros - Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast every morning. Small but effective exercise room. Free wifi.

Check-in was easy, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was decent, apart from the coffee. Room was very clean but extremely small. I know this is New York City, but this isn't Manhattan and even by Manhattan standards, the room would be small. Parking is free, but somewhat limited.

Cons - Limited television channels. Not a lot in the nearby area as far as food and shopping, will have to travel to get anywhere notable. Not every room has a small fridge and/or microwave.
