Its rates stand very competitive. The facilities are clean, beds comfortable, kitchenette are nicely equipped, staffs are friendly, helpful and very professional. Keep up the great work! We certainly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
The outside is nothing spectacular but it's not what I look for in a hotel anyways. The rooms were large with a nice sized mini kitchen. Bathrooms were nice and open as well. Rooms were clean and met the expectations. Staff was nice and helpful.
The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and in good repair. The rooms are not soundproof, but are almost that way, which is very important for sound sleep. The beds are okay for the price. The location is good if you need to be anywhere on Staten Island.

Good value. Room was nice, but the lodge itself needs a little TLC. Area is pretty good, and lodge safe. Staten Island ferry is nearby, and they have a new 900 space garage with shuttle service to the ferry. The staff were very good. Morning breakfast was very limited. Overall, a very good choice to stay. We have stayed here several times.
